The closest airport is located in the city of Santiago de Chile, over 20 minutes (by Costanera Norte Highway) from Marcel Duhaut Apartment, Providencia.  The name of the airport is Comodoro Arturo Merino Benitez. The National and International terminals are in the same building and are internally connected by a passageway, lifts, stairs, and hallways.

The airport has two information desks, one on the first floor at Arrivals and another on the third floor at Departures. There are a number of airport ‘ambassadors’ available to assist passengers with flight schedules; flight gate information; shop and restaurant information. The main airline in Chile is LAN air. LAN has direct flights to Los Angeles, Miami, Madrid, Sydney and Auckland as well as other destinations within South America. Delta and American Airlines also has direct flights to The United States.
